Account Acknowledgement - a list of accounts received for collection, enabling verification of accurate account information.
Collection Statement - monthly statements detailing all transactions on accounts, including payments paid directly to you and to RAB, reversals, court costs, interest accrued and remaining account balance.
Address Change Report - a monthly report of new names and addresses discovered through skip tracing or acquired from your institution or billing service.
Progress Report - lists the name, account number, date listed and current status. Beginning and ending balance for all active accounts is produced on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Cancel Report - lists accounts removed from active status and notification as to why collection activity has been suspended.
Statistical Report - details the percentage of recovery by month batch, provided on a periodic basis.
Litigation Report - reflects all accounts under litigation, including the date filed with an attorney, the attorney's name, judgments received, amounts and case number if available.
